Ford Mustang 1971. Engine: 351 Windsor (V8 5800 cm3). Carburetor: 4-barrel Edelbrock 1406 with automatic choke. Ignition: electronic. Transmission: automatic C4. Bridge: Ford's widest bridge 9 inches, additionally with a lower gear ratio. Wheels: rear - 275/60R15; front - 215/70R15; rims: American Racing. Manual brake force equalizer - ability to disconnect rear axle braking. Exhaust system: X-pipe system with 2.5-inch pipes, with Rattler mufflers from Thrush Exhaust - sounds amazing. Steering system: power-assisted; steering wheel with Momo Prototipo. Paint: Viola 39G from the Porsche palette (depending on the weather: from almost black, through cold plum to purple pearl shimmering in the sun). Radio: USA-740 Custom Autosound (the highest model in the series currently dedicated to this model, with Bluetooth, hands-free kit and USB output + original panel). Dedicated central loudspeaker in the original loudspeaker space in the dashboard. Registered as a historic vehicle. Perpetual technical inspection. Of course, current third party liability insurance. Mileage: 63,000 miles. The car was purchased by me in the USA from a long-time owner and imported in 2019. Four-year renovation including bodywork, paint, gearbox, maintenance, soundproofing; new complete electrical installation, suspension, fuel system, brake system, upholstery, carpets, headliner, body seals, steering wheel with disc, exhaust system and many, many more. All oils, fluids, filters, belts, pumps, etc. are new. The engine after verification (very good condition, new bushings), the axle after verification (assembled in the USA - unusually quiet and thanks to the low gear ratio, adding fun on the road; in very good condition). The Mustang was prepared for itself, not for sale. The car strong, raw, sounds beautiful, makes an amazing impression wherever it appears. The whole thing is configured to handle much higher power without any problems. The 351Windsor engine is the number one engine when it comes to mechanical tuning possibilities. Even at the current stage of preparation, the car is incredibly fun on the road, but it can also be a great base for further work with power. The Mustang is ready for the road. During the holiday months, the car covered 2,500 km (including a 700 km route in various road conditions without any whim - highway / expressway, winding roads of Kashubia and Tuchola Forest, 1.5-hour traffic jam in the heat). This is not just a car to admire - the car has been fully adjusted and is suitable for regular driving. Lots of photos of the work in progress, a video with the sound of the car, etc. - for those who are really interested. The car can be seen in Pobiedziska near Poznań. I invite anyone seriously interested in purchasing it to inspect it. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I cannot afford to organize rides for only "curious" people. For people with cash/funds on their account, of course, a test drive is available. The last five photos were taken a few days ago during the Retro Motor Show, where the car was presented. I am primarily interested in selling. If you want to replace it, do it only for something interesting and, above all, definitely cheaper.
