Verkäuferkommentare zu 1934' Austin Austin 10 10/4
Just out of long-term ownership (18 years), during which time it was lovingly restored, this lovely Austin Ten is offered for sale only because of health reasons - unfortunately the car has not been used for around 10 years. We have just re-commissioned the car, and it starts, runs and drives well with good oil pressure. The brakes are fine, but need a little more usage to bed them in after the 10 years inactivity. The black paintwork has a nice patina, although there are one or two 'dings' on the wings - perhaps where the elderly gentleman caught it on the way in/out of the garage. These are only minor but need attending to. The interior is very, very good, with superb headlining (the photos don't really do it justice), excellent seats and generally good carpets, now showing a little wear. The door cards have been renewed, and pleasingly, the original pockets have been retained. The car has all its original features including opening front windscreen, interior light, rear blind, working semaphores, sun visor, bumper bars, ash try in the rear and even spare rear wheel cover. There is also a fold-down luggage rack. The underside of the car is sound, and has obviously been well greased as necessary. The tyres are almost new and the wheels are in good fettle. The body work itself is excellent with well-fitting doors. Comes with some paperwork including V5C, older V5 and some old MOTs.
We are always pleased to consider part-exchange for other pre-war or early post-war cars, (or for good MGBs) and can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain.
