up for sale is Basil a 1954 Velox,in incredible unrestored original condition,including carpets and near perfect wool headlining,3 owners in 63 years, well sorted and one of the best e series vauxhalls left,owned and cared for by extremely knowledgeable people his whole life,drives superb.would drive any where(no trailer needed!!)later engine fitted about 30 years ago. all chrome is original or new old stock obtained in the 70s and 80s. also has an enormous history file,including original brown log book.recent works include, full brake overhaul,new nos waterpump and brand new nos carburettor,new battery, runs like a swiss watch only better!!. words and pictures dont do basil justice,the love and care lavished on him for the last 63 years speaks volumes, please call for more details, Colin.
