Commentaires du vendeur sur 1934' Austin Austin 7 Seven Rp Box Saloon
Austin Sevens are terrific little cars, and you will have an enormous amount of fun without spending a lot of money. This particular example was first registered in January 1934, so it is a late RP model, with 4-speed gearbox. The car was clearly restored a few years ago, and has been maintained well since, both bodily and mechanically. The black paintwork is generally very good with only a few imperfections. The interior is good, including seats, door cards and headlining (although the latter could be improved where it falls behind the rear seats). A nice feature is the original rubber floor matting - usually, these days, this has been replaced with carpets. The car is totally sound, with excellent metal work and good mechanics. It starts easily, runs well, and has good oil pressure, and everything works - although the fuel gauge is a little pessimistic. The two front tyres are nearly new and there is plenty of life in the rear tyres. The car is ready to jump in and drive - ideal for this year's show season. V5C, buff continuation book dating back to 1951 and showing the same registration number, so we guess it is the original. A smart little example, realistically priced.
We are always pleased to consider part-exchange for other pre-war cars or early post-war cars, (or for good MGBs) and can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain.
