*I have painted the grille and bumpers black*
This is a daily driver with a clear Alaska title. Everything is original to the truck besides modern shocks, oil filter, bumpers, and 12v.
12volt with alternator Fram modern oil filter. (I have the original oil filter and 6 cartridges.) Rebuilt 270 motor Radiator is new original production The box is reproduction Fiberglass rear fenders Reproduction tailgate Oak with chrome bed 4.10 rear that was rebuilt Transmission was redone New gauges New heater American Racing rims with new tires. I took all the chrome off a deluxe cab.... so it's got that
A few things of note. 1) The bed needs a dozen or so chrome bolts to finish the bed. About $20. 2) The front shocks need to be installed. I don't weld. It drives fine with just the leaf springs. 3) The front bumper is a heavy duty 3/8inch thick version off a '47. 3a) This truck did not come from the factory with a rear bumper. To make it "original" just take it off. I put the one you can see on so it would pass inspection. 4) I have installed a bracket for the right rear taillight. See the picture with the painted bumper.
I had this thing completely apart (frame off) and painted all the pieces individually. So there is no rot anywhere or rust between panals. All four cab corners are rust free. Basically everything on thus truck is brand new or rebuilt. I drive it to work every day. I have put 1000 miles on it.
I have boxes of extra parts to include a transmission, manifold, valve train, steering wheel, steering gear box, two rear hubs, one new in box front hub, '47 grille, plethora of bearings and races, sun visors, inner door and window handels, dashboard, original rims... these can go with for a full appraisal offer.
