71 years old and probably the best in the world with over a decades full concours restoration all completed less than 1500 miles ago.Features the very torquey SS engine,4 speed column change, bench seat, dickey seats and suicide doors,along with magazine featured provenance.
The engine has been fully rebuilt; rebored, acid cleaned to restore the internal passages,crankshaft reground,new pistons, new mains and big ends bearings.cylinder head shot blasted and skimmed,new valve guides/seats,new rockers and shaft.new cam,timing chain and crank pulley,new water pump,new fuel pump,new engine and gearbox mountings,new coolant hoses,radiator rebuilt,flywheel skimmed,new 3 part clutch, full engine/head gasket set,gearbox+linkage overhauled,new full stainless steel exhaust system.
Body, doors ,boot,front wings removed,prepared and painted.Chassis steam cleaned and painted.Original timber frame still with coach builders name on ,in excellent condition,cuprinol treated.Coachwork professionally retrimmed in new, quality beige hide, Wilton carpet and pipping.Hood frame shot blasted,painted along with all cappings restored and dash.Key locks all work.New Mulberry Mohair hood with beige velvet lining and tonneau made to original patterns with the rear glass fitted. Complete new loom plus electrics,motors and dynamo.Rechromed bumpers,screen surround,handles, radiator surround and filler cap.
