1926 Dodge Brothers 116 fourdoor sedan.
Recent California US import from long term owner who used it regularly. Fully UK registered following engineers inspection, with V5 in hand and age related two letter, four digit number. It's all numbers matching and correct. Original 3.5 litre 4 pot sidevalve engine, 3 speed crash gearbox.
A fun and appealing big twenties car, in solid older restored condition.
Mechanically, it is all good; Starts first touch, drives well, great brakes for a rear only system, steers nicely, goes through the gears well. Gauges and lights work, usual drip on the water pump, it's all good on the mechanics.
Body is solid and presentable.
Interior similar with an old retrim. Has the Budd / MIchelin steel disc wheels and five almost new Firestone tyres.
A good fun twenties car which drives well, with plenty of character in solid condition
Some literature, small spares etc and the option to buy a spare set of Budd wheels with the original tyres on. Genuine reason for sale, I'm thinning my collection to buy something special
