A tribute to the ultra-rare 1946 Sportsman, this Merc's "wood" is actually airbrushed onto the steel body. Photographs simply can't convey the skill required to complete this work of art. There are actually "joints" connecting the "wood"! Beneath that classic hood lurks a 350 ci Chevy with a Holley carb sitting on a B&M supercharger. An AOD transmission sends power back to a stout Ford 9" rearend. Yes, you can shock the kids and scare the neighbors! Some items for enhanced cruising pleasure include air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows, and an Alpine sound system.
