I've owned this car only for a short while, but as another bigger Vauxhall came up shortly after buying it and having it shipped from New Zealand, something has to go. This car is an original matching numbers car, with original Vauxhall motors coachwork. The car has been used in competition through the 1960s and 1970s including racing and speed work. The engine has been uprated which includes higher compression. The gearbox is close ratio and works very well. There is a full hood and sidescreens as well as a tonneau with split at the front if wanting protection for just the driver. It comes with comprehensive spares including a complete engine, gearbox and rear axle, including brake shoes and CW&P. The crankcase in the car currently is a donor unit, the original crankcase for 'matching numbers' is included with it and makes up the spare complete engine. This car is not for the faint hearted as performs (and stops) exceptionally well. A really lovely usable and fast vintage touring cars. All import costs have been paid.
