Seller's comments about 1953' Ford

This 1953 Ford Ranch Wagon has an awesome custom color combo, a comfy upgraded interior, and an all-around cruiser attitude. And we all know custom two-door classic wagons like this are rarely offered for such an obtainable price. Matte black is usually reserved for street machine builds, and so this one takes that attitude but gives it plenty of added thoughtfulness. For example, the flat sheen is quite attractive because it went on with an even hand. And we love how the brightwork was painted black to coordinate but done in gloss. So the bumpers, grille, headlight bezels, and door handles all fit the theme while looking distinctive. In fact, the deeply tinted windows even look like they now fit in with the chrome. A cruiser like this deserves wide whitewalls, and with the coordinating white roof, this 1950s Ford has a hint of two-tone style. Add in bright exhaust tips, classic Ford badging, hot rod side mirrors, and genuine wire wheels, and you have an impressive total package. Inside is more of that full custom feeling that makes you want to take this on road trips. You have two wide benches done in a custom two-tone gray. And the pattern is even continued on the side panels for a great uniform look. Its nicely upgraded for comfort with provisions for air conditioning (it likely needs a recharge,) a cup holder center console, and an AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth tucked away in the glove box. The two-piece rear hatch is ideal for everything from sticking your surfboards out the back, to sitting on it while tailgating at car shows. Under the hood is the 215 cubic-inch motor. Its nicely detailed with the exterior and interior color-matched black and gray style, and youll even sport an Offenhauser intake. While we all know this one is ripe for a big V8 upgrade to give it an attitude to go with the matte black exterior, we already like how this one is set up. The inline motor is well-maintained to be a smooth and pleasant cruiser (it drove three hours just to get to our showroom.) In fact, while this gives you the proper classic car feeling that keeps you in touch with the road, it also has plenty of confidence with front disc brakes, a modern tread on the classic whitewalls, and the control of the column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. This is the two-door wagon with an impressive sense of style and a price you didnt expect to be within budget. So if youre looking for a memorable classic cruiser, call today!
