Seller's comments about 1977' Ford F-150

This 1977 Ford F-150 Explorer combines classic looks with stout V8 power, versatile features, and a go-anywhere 4x4 drivetrain. So you get a true vintage package that still knows how to get the job done. The factory-correct dark brown metallic finish has the nice glow of a later investment in quality. And the full-length trim knows how to show off the impressively straight body for an overall attractive style/ And speaking of the stripes, we love the cool tan streaks that are unique to the classic Explorers. It evokes the kind of nostalgia where people will instantly tell you what they were doing in 1977. But his 4x4 is more than just a classic. There are useful upgrades like LED headlights, auxiliary lights in the bright chrome front bumper, a rear step bumper with tow hitch, and liner paint protecting the truck bed. And the upgraded wheels help give this lifted 4x4 a square-jaw rugged appearance. The interior has a well-kept but stock style. So the upgrades are subtle but worthwhile, including a new bench seat cover and rugged rubber mats to protect the carpeting. The drivers seat is a nice retro-cool experience with the classic steering wheel, smooth dash, clear gauges, and the factory AM/FM stereo still cranking out the music. This even appears to be a factory A/C truck (it will need servicing to blow cold again.) Of course, the best breezes come from opening up the side vent windows and sliding the rear glass to get air flowing through the classic cab in the old-school way. Under the hood is the correct displacement S-code 400 cubic-inch V8. It has a stock style right down to the jack mounted to the inner fender. It looks quite honest with its big blue block and matching blue valve covers. It runs with the kind of strength you want in a respected classic pickup. And the big displacement V8 is especially nice when you need some extra torque for 4x4 duty. Plus, with a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, and front discs it makes a good case just to enjoy this F-150 as a classic cruiser. Cool style, V8 power, and true truck ability - this F-150 is the vintage pickup with all the right pieces for work and play. Call today!!!
