Seller's comments about 1955' Ford Thunderbird
A small, super fast, 70-year-old convertible for a very attractive price? Here's the legendary Ford Thunderbird from 1955 with a manual gearbox and a 190-horsepower 4.8-liter V8! The car blows you away with its details, atmosphere and driving pleasure!!! In 1955, Ford presented something that had never been on the market before and immediately became an icon of the 1950s!!! 9.4 seconds to 100 km/h, 180 km/h and all this in a small 2-3-seater convertible (4.4 m long). The copy I have on commission was sold as new by a well-known Glapin Ford dealer from Los Angeles, which is confirmed original purchase invoice. He spent 30 years in California, then went to New York State, and finally was sold at auction in Canada. The 4th owner imported it to Poland in 2013 and registered it with yellow plates. The car is a matching numbers car, after renovation, which took place in 1987-1989, and although it shows patina, it gives a huge dose of positive impressions, which are difficult to obtain in more modern designs. In the Thunderbird, which has traveled 89,000 miles since new, everything runs smoothly, even the front seat is electrically adjustable. The roof folds manually and is located behind the front seats. There is no hard top. People who are looking for a unique car for weekend ice cream trips are welcome to purchase... ----------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----—————The seller of this car is: House of Classics - Dom classiców - unique automobiles for salehttp://www.houseofclassics.pl/Dom Classiców offers unique classic cars that are rarely found on the market: from pre-war roadsters, through well-preserved classics from the Polish People's Republic, gran turismo with a horse or fork on the hood, to rally legends from the turn of the century.
