Healey Beutler was designed and built by Ernst and Fritz Beutler of Carroserie, of Switzerland. The Beutler’s were famous for their Porsche designs and made various versions produced between 1947 to 1949 the same time the Healey Beutler was built. Two Healey chassis, drive train’s and running gear was supplied by Donald Healey to the Beutlers in 1947 and they produced a drophead and coupe which was first shown at the Geneva Auto Show in 1949. •Healey Steel Ladder Frame Chassis •Riley 2443cc twin cam engine •Four speed manual gearbox •Independent suspension •Riley live axle •Beutler body In 1948 and 1949 the Healey Beutler Coupe was entered into the Mille Miglia as a Healey 2400 and unfortunately did not make the start in 1948 and did not finish in 1949. Since then the car has been in private ownership and very well looked after in very good original condition throughout. The car was purchased by a private collection in 2016 and imported back to the UK where it was fully checked over and entered into the 2018 Mille Miglia where it finished 86 and the highest British team.
