Seller's comments about 1957' Pontiac Chieftain
1957 pontiac chieftain. 5. 7 v8 in really solid condition all round. Brought into the country by my dad in the early 90s from georgia (dry state) transferred to me last year making me the 2nd uk owner.
needs some tidying.
the good
new thermostat temperature gauge fitted.
replacement (new/ old stock) carburettor fitted and tuned
fluids changed.
brakes checked and all good
the not great
speedo and tacho not working.
some paint needs sorting
large areas of chrome need redoing. But again they are solid. The chrome is currently painted silver and the car powder blue with white stripe.
runs beautifully and was used for a wedding recently.
