This WD21 1 Ton Dually built at the Los Angeles Dodge Factory. Brass Placque under truck bed shows Trucko Truck Co located at 2865 E. 26Th St, Los Angeles installed a 7X9 Truck bed. Current owner purchased the 1947 Dodge WD21 (1 Ton) in 1948 in Pasadena, California. The truck spent 50 Years warehoused in the California desert (Apple Valley) always under cover and protected from the elements. A previous restoration in 1980 included a new oak bed, paint, upholstery, wood side fencing and cab backboard (not shown). Original side mirrors, hand crank, glove box owners manual, 3 road side warning reflectors, wood battery cover under floor, directional lights, in cowl lights, new wiring coverted to a 12 volt system, original air cleaner(not Shown) orikginal 218 CuIn flathead six, runs great, a very good daily driver, drivetrain is in excellent shape i.e brakes, differential, transmission and suspension. Recently disscovered slight seepage of coolant from the waterpump. We have lost a indoor storage and are accepting all offers.
