1928' Humber 14/40

Humbers 14/40 are a very versatile & useable vintage car and this is a very complete & original example, having a very interesting Irish history, with only 3 owners from new & complete with much period documentation.
A very honest example, this is running well, having had a recent top-end rebuild.
Recent work includes new pistons, valves, springs, guides and fibre timing wheel.
Quiet gearbox & back axle.
Correct magneto which has been reconditioned in recent years.
Good steering & brakes. Excellent radiator.
Bodywork in good sound condition (though not concours). Longer bodied version, so has benefit of an Auster rear screen.
Decent hood with wind up sidescreens which are useable, albeit the perspex has discoloured.
Lots of original details such as leather upholstery & dashboard instruments etc.
Wheels in good condition and has had new tyres & tubes fitted in recent years.
