This super upgraded 105 series car is one of the best driving GTs with the Alfaholics modifications, working really well and resulting in a super fun Italian classic. The Alfa Junior Coupe range styled by Bertone caused a real stir when it was introduced in 1963, with its stunning looks and range of twin-cam power plants it was soon clear that they drove beautifully and road tests of the day extolled their virtues. Powerful lovely sounding engines, slick five-speed gearboxes and nimble well-balanced handling meant that they drove better than most of their contemporaries including competitors from Stuttgart and Modena! The production run carried on until 1977 when Alfa eventually bowed to the trend of wedge-shaped cars and introduced the Alfetta Coupe. This beautiful example was first registered and lived in Europe until a UK car collector purchased and imported her. The GT drives so well with an incredible rorty bellow from the carbs and twin cam chatter, the gearbox is smooth with absolutely no synchro issues providing the driver with a delicately balanced driving experience. I have driven this beauty and it is the most sorted and well-set-up 105 Coupe we have offered and cannot fault the mechanical or bodywork on her Upgrades carried out over the last few years include: Alfa Romeo Nord 2 litre engine 145 bhp High lift cams, alloy carb mounts, 123 ignition, oil catch tank, high torque starter motor Alfaholics 7×15 GTA alloys fitted with Yokohama Neiva tyres Alfaholic stainless steel exhaust Alfaholics fast road springs with Bilstein shockers and heavy-duty anti-roll bars Rebuilt gearbox and heavy-duty clutch Alfaholics 4 pot callipers cross-drilled disc brake upgrade LSD upgraded to 50% BF Nurburgring sports seats Nardi steering wheel and column extender There is a super history file with lots of invoices including an Alfa specialist major service and set up in July £2500.
