1964 Austin Healey MKIII phase 1 Excellent condition, mechanicals and bodywork without fault, very responsive and plenty of power for those looking for a spirited drive, but equally happy for touring, lots off low down torque.
The engine was removed by Denis Welsh Motorsport stripped and rebuilt with steel crankshaft, steel conrods, and Cosworth pistons Fast road/ rally engine (190hp) with triple webber carburettors The gearbox was rebuilt using straight cut gears with overdrive in 3rd and 4th gears Front suspension was rebuilt using polybushes and negative camber bush kit
Upgrades carried out for current owner by Blakeney Motorsport include: 2x Competition rear hubs 2x Competition front hubs 2 x thick front discs, up rated front brake callipers 2 x uprated large ventilated balanced rear drums brakes Fuel pressure regulator Aluminium oil catch tank, New steering box with quick ratio New limited slip differential New front shock absorbers
