Seller's comments about 1969' BMW Neue Klasse 2000
I am offering for sale a BMW Neue Klasse 2000 sedan from 1969, renovated, registered and insured, with a valid technical inspection.
The car is functional and drives - ready to cover the next kilometers.
The BMW is in very good technical condition, I bought it as accident-free, quite well-maintained technically and visually from the previous French owner (I have a copy of the French documents) along with photos on the trailer after arriving in Poland.
Below I will list what I personally invested in, bringing the car to its current visual condition and its complete efficiency:
- bodywork and paint repair (the engine was removed for body cleaning and painting)
- all seats are upholstered in the same way as the original
- soundproofing of the body from the cabin side
- making new carpets for the entire vehicle, modeled on the original
- cleaning the original door upholstery and headliner
- replacement of front and rear window seals
- chassis maintenance (chassis without holes, did not require any repairs)
- installation of inertia seat belts
- replacement of the complete timing belt with valve adjustment
- replacement of gaskets, including the head gasket
- replacement of rubber hoses, connections, etc.
- oil change in the engine, gearbox and rear axle
- replacing candles
- filter replacement
- regeneration of 5 original rims
- purchase of new all-season tires
- geometry setting
- replacement of a new brake master cylinder with full brake service
- clutch pump regeneration
- replacement of water pump, thermostat and coolant
- purchase of a battery
- starter replacement
- replacement of ignition system components
- checking and insulating electrical cables with tape
- carburetor regeneration and setting
