Seller's comments about 1967' Ford Mustang
No Reserve Classics is proud to present to you our 1967 Ford Mustang 520ci GT500 Restomod! The iconic, slick sloping fastback caught the attention of everyone 50 years ago, and this original Candy Apple Red, S-Code Fastback will proudly do the same today. With a Bold Red Exterior, Shelby Inspired Exterior, and even the Well Restored Parchment Interior with the rare optioned fold-down rear seats, this is one of the Coolest Ponies on the road! The quintessential pony car was already regarded as a step above the rest. With the most aggressive Mustang styling ever introduced. The Shelby Tribute has been outfitted with the wide hood scoops, revised grill opening with fog lights, air scoops, extended front end, new taillight design, and of course the GT500 ornamentation sprinkled through the car. The aggressive stance is emphasized by the Custom American Racing Polished Aluminum Shelby VN427 Wheels. But underneath the GT500 styling is where the magic truly takes place. Underneath the hood, youll find the Ford 460ci Big Block that has not only been restored but upgraded! Providing additional horsepower and bored out to a whopping 520 cubic inches! And with the Ford Performance Super Cobra Jet Aluminum Cylinder Heads, untapped power is ready to be unleashed! This top performing, freshly built engine is the definition of no replacement for displacement! All the power is fed through a Toploader 4-Speed manual transmission and delivered through a Ford 9 rear that unleashes the wrath of the ponies to the road ahead! A Holley Carburetor is placed on top of a Weinland aluminum intake manifold. Keeping that high horsepower motor cool is a job upon itself! Helping to cool is the Dual electric fans placed in front of the aluminum radiator, they pull in cool air and the fixed clutch fan dispurses it, and if that isnt enough, the Shelby hood has vents to not only allow fresh air in but has vents to disburse hot air going out. With much more room due to the seamless installation of the Mustang II pro-touring front subframe, this 520ci Motor appears to have been installed directly from the factory! And if that isnt enough a pair of front Wilwood disc brakes have been installed to stop the pony just as quickly as it accelerates. We highly encourage getting Professional Inspections! And due to our inventory size, we are unable to drive every vehicle for long distances. We do 40-60 miles between inspections, test drives, the video, etc. We cannot guarantee that every gauge, light, window, horn, option, function, etc. will work as it should. Please check your local state inspection requirements. We do our best to inspect these vehicles in every detail and note any imperfections in the ad. As with all classic cars, it will need odds and ends down the road as you begin to drive it more often! Many times, these vintage vehicles can sit for long periods of time and seals harden and gaskets may begin to leak once you begin to drive them. However, this will continue to be a sought-after classic car that you will be proud to own and very happy to drive in! The information contained within this ad is solely for convenience.
