Owned by me for over 7 years after buying it from a friend who bought it in Switzerland in 2006. The car was fully restored by it's then Swiss owner, and has been subject to much work over the years since. There are reams of paperwork and receipts (including a buff log book). The original supplying dealer plaque (Ripon Brothers) is still on the dashboard. The car has given much reliable pleasure including a trip around Normandy for the 75th D Day anniversary, but is now reluctantly offerred for sale due to lack of use and too many vehicles. It is complete with all weather gear, long and short tonneau covers and sidecreens. It comes with many spares including an engine block, sundry gaskets and engine parts, a gearbox, new kingpins and bushes. The list of work done over the years is too long for here but the more recent work is briefly ;- Engine rebuilt by SVW with an unleaded head and their 1622cc gas flowed upgrade. Gearbox rebuilt by SVW Springs rebuilt to correct factory spec by RRS (£900) Radiator re-cored Headlights re-chromed and silvered - LED bulbs fitted Brakes rebuilt with stainless lined cylinders Wheels rebuilt with H/ D butressed spokes. Recent Blockley rear tyres. Dashboard stripped and refinished with some gauges rebuilt. This is all in addition the original full restoration done by it's Swiss owner
