An absolute dream is being sold.
PORSCHE 911 Carrera 2.7 RS Lightweight replica

An orig. 2.7 S of 74 (No. 1048/ 1359 vehicles built worldwide) used.

The car has been in the previous owner's possession for 15 years and is being sold due to lack of time.

Conversion and construction work on the Porsche are documented by many photos and of course invoices. Everything was disassembled down to the screw and rebuilt. Special attention was paid to building an authentic, very detailed replica of the Porsche RS Sport Lightweight M471.

Engine: 2.7 (200 hp - with 40 Weber carburetor)
Transmission: 915
Empty weight: 920 kg
Tires/rims: VA 195/ 65 R15 on Fuchs 7x15, RA 215/ 60 R15 on Fuchs 8x15
Version M471: Thumbscrew seats - rubber floor mats - needle felt carpet

Original 1st Austrian vehicle registration document and registration (Austrian first delivery).

Details:
Body: Regarding the conversion, GRP fenders were used on the left and right, of course the front and rear bars, as well as the rump (engine cover) are made of GRP, -as with the original RS Sport (M471), stands for lightweight construction and weight reduction . The parts are replicas. Orig. RS parts were installed in the air filter box (plastic box), in all other Porsches the box was made of sheet metal. The rev counter also comes from an RS, since the red rev range on the RS only starts at 7.2 rpm, while the other models do so between 6.2 and 6.8. 915 gearbox, just like the original.

Interior equipment: The knurled screw seats (flame-retardant Nomex fabric) and door panels are also very special and rare parts, both of which are replica parts, but are hardly available anymore. Both were only installed in the RS Sport (M471). Interior with authentic felt carpet and rubber floor mats.

Engine and technology: The original engine output was 175 hp with K-Jetronic / now increased to a good 200 hp with a 40 mm Weber carburettor (matched with the performance diagram on the test bench). A sintered metal clutch suitable for road traffic was also installed. Chassis improvement with shock absorbers from the Bilstein Sport brand (built especially for historic Porsche). Brakes, brake calipers, brake hoses, exhaust, various sockets, lamps, indicators and much more, of course. everything was renewed (all invoices for the conversion parts are available).
Absolute top conversion. Very high-quality and professional conversion measures, whereby no savings were made in terms of costs and time. The Porsche was moved to exhibitions and motorsport events as a showpiece every year.

Visit now possible. Exchange possible.
Due to engine oil loss, this is currently being completely reworked and professionally revised. Estimated duration approx. 4 months (as of Aug. 2022)
