This spectacular Saab 96 V4 Rally was prepared in 2018 for participation in rallies. The following adjustments were made and parts were installed:
- The engine was enlarged to 1770 cc
- Gasflowed cylinder heads
- Larger inlet and exhaust valves
- Double valve springs
- Titanium spring plates
- Forged Mahle pistons with a diameter of 92 mm
- Oil pump with higher output
- Camshaft stage 1, 10. 4 mm
- Inlet manifold (crossflow manifold) with 2x 45 DCOH Weber carburetors
- Y-exhaust
- Sump modified with oil bulkheads
- Enlarged cooling system
