part restored but need putting back together

new floors , new running boards, all cleaned and painted underneath with new brake rods etc.new tyres

engine turn over freely but have not started it lately .

body back to bare metal and no visable rot.

car fully registered in my name.

boxes of spare parts to go with it.

comes with loads off paperwork and receipts for work done and 1945 tax disc ,67000 miles believed to be original
