Seller's comments about 1973' Porsche 914

The Porsche 914 was the result of the marriage of Volkswagen and Porsche, which ushered in an era that continues to this day in the form of the Boxster. The Porsche 914 also has two trunks and the engine is centrally located. The targa roof is removable and can be placed in the rear trunk. The 914 was available in a 4- and 6-cylinder version, which was so expensive that it is still one of the rarest Porsches from the late 1960s and early 1970s. This copy was restored a few years ago by Marko Schwartz, an enthusiast of the brand and its history, especially the motorsports one. The car was prepared in the spirit of fast road. The air-cooled boxer engine with a capacity of 1.7 liters was equipped with two Weber 44 IDF carburetors instead of an injection system, a 123+ bluetooth ignition device and a complete Ansa exhaust system, thanks to which it sounds very good and drives very efficiently. Koni suspension, Toyo tires and period wide rims play well with the best possible color for a 914 that had a history in the sport. The car, with its appearance reminiscent of the legendary 914/6 GT, makes an extremely positive impression. Although the renovation was completed in 2021, the engine is still being run-in. Beautiful car ready for the season.
