I purchased this car in 2017 and it was imported to France via the UK.
It has French registration and identity papers.

The previous (Australian) owner purchased the car sometime in the 1960's. He commenced a 'restoration', though all work had ceased by 1972. The car then sat unused in his garage until 2016.
So it is very original and much as you would have found it some 50+ years ago. However, it was repainted (unfortunately 2-pack !) and the seats were reupholstered (decently and in leather) just prior to it being sold.
As far as I can tell it still has its original (or factory replacement !) front brake cables and rear brake linings. I have not examined the front brakes, which requires removing the hubs, as they seem fine.
It is possible that the engine has not had more than a valve re-grind and the head gasket replaced. When I removed the exhaust manifold it was obvious the gaskets had been on the car a very long time.

Since 2017 I have carried out the following work:-
Replaced all wiring to the headlights forward of the junction box on the O/ S front chassis side (the original wiring was still in place!). (Some wiring has also been replaced both under the dash and at the rear. The rest is OK, but not as tidy as I would wish).
Fitted new (discreet) rear direction indicators and used the sidelights as indicators at the front. A 'divers helmet' stop and tail light has also been sourced and fitted
Removed, cleaned and painted the petrol tank (1/ 2" of goo in bottom) and also removed and cleaned the carburettor.
Replaced all the petrol lines (solid drawn copper tube) and moved the fuel filter to its original position.
Removed, cleaned and replaced the 'Autovac'.
Removing the N/ S rear hub, which had suffered damage at some point. This, together with its aluminium oil thrower, was sent to the UK for repair. It was refitted using its original 4-pin drive mechanism!
Replaced the 'incorrect' bonnet fitted with a 'correct' pattern one which I made from the original bonnet side panels (the original bonnet was with the car). Splitting the single-piece top that was fitted and using the original bonnets central hinge. This has been painted in 2-pack to match the body colour.
Removing, repairing and repainting in cellulose paint the wings and chassis skirts.
I had a new exhaust made in the UK, to the correct pattern and this has been fitted.
Repaired a fractured exhaust manifold flange. Both it and the inlet manifold were refitted with new copper composite gaskets.
Replacing the running board rubber and generally tidying the running boards.
Replaced the spare and both rear tyres and tubes. (The other 2 tyres were new). All tyres match.
Put 'Hidem' beading round the doors to improve their appearance. The door cards are the originals.
I have replaced any 'incorrect' pattern fixings with correct ones wherever possible, including fitting 'TAT' pattern grease nipples.

The car is 'On the Button' and ready for use in the New Year.
(I have driven the car some 120 Kilometers and it is running well with no fuel supply or ignition problems).
The car has a full set of 'restored' (unused since) side screens.

I would class the car as a '10 foot car. It can be used 'as is' but with room for further improvement.
There are a some spares to go with the car, including a new 'copper composite' head and manifold gasket set; a switch panel with a nice original ammeter, also a hub puller (used once) and a handbook and manual.

Happy to supply more info. & photos.
I have UK import/ customs papers and, as previously stated, French registration. So OK for both the UK and EU.
Priced to reflect what I paid for the car and the cost of getting it here!
Looking for offers in the region of 30, 000€ (£25, 500. at current rate).
