Comentarios del vendedor sobre 1937' Buick Series 40

This 1937 Buick Series 40 Restomod was the product of a long-term labor of love. It includes an ultra-smooth custom style, fuel-injected V8, overdrive transmission, upgraded suspension, a custom leather interior, and more. So you can plan out every little detail of a comprehensive restomod build, or you can skip right to the fun of driving with this one. The appeal of this one is far more than just the high-gloss cream-colored paint that highlights all the curves of the body. We know people are really going to take some extra time going over the details of this one. After all, this is a very classic Buick design with some very modern touches. It starts with a body that has traded in most of its chrome for a very sleek appearance. Up front that means a full custom setup that takes away the heavy look of the bumper, and instead, the grille and fenders really get to become quite elegantly distinct. In fact, the lights were even custom added to the fenders using 37 Ford housings. The result is a Pierce-Arrow kind of style. The running boards were eliminated so that you can fully appreciate the curves of the fenders. They also deleted the trim, shaved the door handles, and hid the hinges so that the side looks extra smooth. But the largest pieces of custom work along the sides was how it went from a four-door sedan to a two-door convertible. In the rear, theres no trace left of the bumper so nothing gets in the way of viewing the custom LED taillights. The full custom was finished in creamy Ivy Perl that has a terrific metallic radiance for all the custom curves. And while this is a very sleek and modern-style setup, no classic American is complete without a little brightwork. And now that its only on the 16-inch wheels and big dual exhaust tips. This has the burgundy top and full windows to seal up the full build, but really, this car was meant to be open to the world. So youll love taking the top off and showing off the full custom interior. The color of the leather interior is called Dusty Rose, and it brings a unique elegance thats ideal for a car this distinct. Because luxury is a priority, you have great upgrades like high-back front bucket seats that power adjust. There are also power windows, provisions for air conditioning (likely needs a recharge), and a full AM/FM/CD stereo system with upgraded speakers and power subwoofers. Its also built with the driver in mind with the custom steering wheel in an Ididt tilt steering column and the glass dash panel that hides the digital gauges when the car is off. The engine bay continues this cars awesome custom style. The bright inner walls, polished valve covers, color-matched engine cover, and well-tucked wires make for an award-worthy presentation. More than just look terrific, the powerhouse is a fuel-injected LT1 V8. So this custom has a hardy and powerful heart. The build spent some time in storage, but the consignor also made a recent $1,700 investment at the local hot rod specialists to make sure this custom was ready to hit the road. In fact, this really has the smooth kind of feeling that makes you feel a bit like youre driving a modern Buick. Thats thanks to an updated suspension, power steering, power brakes, front discs, and an easy cruising four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Theres so much to go over with this build that we even have a full spec sheet, build receipts, maintenance records, and restoration photos. Rarities like this are often the kind of car that you either need to act now or possibly regret it tomorrow. Dont miss out, call today!
