Comentarios del vendedor sobre 1936' Riley Kestrel Riley Kestrel
1936 Riley Kestrel 1.5 in current ownership for 6 years with MOT to March 2018.
It left the Riley factory as a Special Edition which meant that it was fitted with larger valves than the standard model and twin carburetors. But the engine was fitted with Sprite profile camshafts as part of a rebuild in 2012.
I bought the car from a long-term friend who had restored the bodywork in 1997. I then spent over £13000 to bring it up to top class condition. Much of the expenditure was in engine work carried out by marque speciallists Blue Diamond. Other parts included a stainless steel fuel tank, front seats recovered in green leather and 4 new Blockley tyres.
