Comentarios del vendedor sobre 1938' Morris Eight Series 2 Tourer
Morris Motors launched the Morris Eight to compete with Ford Motor Company's Model 'Y'. The Eight became one of the UK's most populsr pre war cars. The car was powered by a simple 918cc side valve 4 cylinder engine that enabled the Eight to reach speeds of 58 mph !!!! The Morris Eight Tourer is now a fairly rare model on the Classic car scene, easy to maintain with a good spares back up. The Morris register provides excellent support and valuable information on all aspects of running pre war cars.
The Morris Eight Tourer Series II we offer here was first registered in Surrey on the 25th of May 1938.The car has just emerged from a 2 year ground up restoration that included a new ash frame, a rebuilt engine and gearbox, all new upholstery, new hood and new wiring. The car is finished in dark green and black paintwork with a green interior.
I defy you to find a nicer one.
